CDs - Happy Holidays

		Originally recorded & released in 1990 on cassette only, recently re-released on CD. 10 traditional Ukrainian holiday songs, performed on various guitars with synthesizer accompaniment in a variety of settings. Track 9 (In Bethlehem) is performed on electric guitars with bass and drums by my friends Norm Murray and Len Szymanski; we get a sort of country-rock/Allman Brothers feel on this piece. Track 10 (God Eternal) is sung by my father, Borys, accompanied by me on the acoustic guitar. Unless you are Ukrainian, you will probably be unfamiliar with most of these songs, except for Carol of the Bells. But if you're up for something different from the usual American traditional and popular Christmas music, give it a try!
